A little fun and a project done!

Owen has been cruising along on this "no training wheels" bike. And of course now that he is riding like a pro, he wants to ride where the pros ride. We have a skate park just about 1/2 a mile down the road from our house. The boys love going and watching the "big kids" ride. I have to admit it is pretty amazing to watch. So, we loaded up on Monday and let the boys ride around the park. Owen even went down in the bowl. Both boys had a blast!






And we continue to check items off our list of home improvement projects. A chalk board has been on my list for a while, and we finally got around to painting the end of our cabinet with chalk board paint. Both boys were pleasantly surprised this evening when I handed them a piece of chalk and told them they could draw on the walls!
