Elliot often goes to Owen for help when he needs it, always gets out two bowls at snack time - thinking of his big brother with no prompting from me, and can't go to sleep without a "tiss" from his buddy.

Owen stops to check on Elliot if he has a tumble, gets down on the floor to play "rough and tumble" with him, and I often hear Owen asking Elliot to hold his hand when they ride in the car.

Now don't get me wrong, I spend a good part of my day breaking up arguments, correcting harsh words, and righting wrongs, but the underlying love they have for each other makes the transition back into cooperative play an easy one.

I love watching them grow and develop a great friendship, and know that this relationship is setting the foundation for all future relationships that they will have.
I am looking forward to lots more love and laughter from my two sweet boys.
